REFUND POLICY

For hygiene purposes, Billion Lashes are unable to accept any products that are no longer in their original condition, ie where all packaging has been opened and the lashes subsequently used.

We are happy to provide a store credit should you wish to return your product / products as long as they are in original and unopened condition.

Requests for exchange must be sent to info@billionlashes.com.au within 14 days of purchases made in Australia and 30 days for purchases made outside of Australia.


SHIPPING POLICY

Once our lashes have been posted, we can no longer bear responsibility if they are lost, etc. Estimated 3-10 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities.

Online tracking available for certain destinations.

Any information that has been shared with us will not be shared or supplied to outside parties except for the purpose of completing an order.
